Our shop is located at Summit House opposite Central Police Station at Moi Avenue.

Order Confirmation

Measurements and Quantity

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements where required. We may assist with general guidance, but the final quantity decision should be based on correct wall, floor, or surface measurements.

For wallpapers, murals, flooring, marble sheets, contact papers, and other measured products, wrong measurements may lead to shortages or excess products. Haven Wallpapers & Interiors is not responsible for customer measurement errors.

Installation

Installation is not automatically included unless clearly agreed. Some products require proper surface preparation, correct adhesive, professional handling, or careful installation.

Customers should ensure surfaces are clean, dry, smooth, and suitable before installation. We are not responsible for poor results caused by damp walls, rough surfaces, dust, wrong adhesive, incorrect installation, or misuse of the product.

Delivery

Delivery may be arranged depending on customer location, order size, and product type. Delivery charges may apply separately. Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, courier delays, stock availability, or transport issues.

Customers must provide correct delivery details. If incorrect information is provided, delivery may be delayed or attract extra charges.
