At Haven Wallpapers & Interiors, we aim to make delivery simple and convenient for our customers. We supply wallpapers, wall murals, contact papers, marble sheets, foldable marble sheets, fluted wall panels, window films, tints, and flooring products to clients who want to improve their homes, offices, shops, salons, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces.
Order Processing
Once an order is confirmed, our team prepares the product for collection or delivery. Before dispatch, we may confirm the product type, design, quantity, customer details, and delivery location. This helps reduce mistakes and ensures the correct product is prepared.
Orders are processed depending on product availability, order size, and delivery arrangement. If a product is out of stock or requires confirmation, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to customers within Nairobi and other locations depending on arrangement. Customers outside Nairobi can contact us to confirm whether delivery can be arranged to their area.
For Nairobi orders, delivery may be handled directly or through a trusted rider or courier service. For orders outside Nairobi, delivery may be arranged through a courier, parcel service, or transport company depending on the product size and customer location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not always included in the product price unless clearly stated. The cost of delivery depends on the customer’s location, order size, product type, and transport method.
Large items such as marble sheets, foldable marble sheets, fluted panels, and flooring may attract different delivery charges because of size, handling, or transport requirements. Customers will be informed of the delivery cost before dispatch where applicable.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, traffic, availability, courier schedule, and order size. Nairobi deliveries may be faster, while out-of-town deliveries may take longer depending on the transport provider.
Although we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include bad weather, traffic, courier delays, stock confirmation, or transport issues.
Customer Responsibility
Customers should provide accurate delivery details, including name, phone number, location, and any helpful direction. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible issue, it should be reported immediately before installation or use.
Collection Option
Customers may also choose to collect their order from our shop at Summit House opposite Central Police Station at Moi Avenue. For collection orders, customers should confirm availability before visiting.
Important Note
Delivery does not automatically include installation unless clearly agreed. Installation, transport, and handling charges may be separate depending on the product and service requested.
